8th GRADE

Welcome to the 8th grade Program!

This is an important step in the life of your teen. We begin, in eighth grade, by reviewing and preparing the youth to enter the Rite of Confirmation Program, to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation in high school.

Eighth Grade Program Overview: Eighth grade program begins in the fall and ends in the spring. Currently, the curriculum is exploring the wider church and “Living the Mass” by Loyola Press.

We begin by exploring the Church History, and then they will dive deeper into what it means to live the Mass.

We break open the liturgy, (great for adults too!) and take what we discussed with us into the other six days of the week. The celebration of the MASS IS THE CORNERSTONE OF THE Catholic faith.

December 12: deliver gifts to giving tree locations (SERVICE)

2026 Confirmation Session

Parent Meetings are mandatory for registration for Confirmation classes, email Mary or call her 978-320-4206 to schedule a meeting/call if you have not attended a parent meeting or registered your student!

We look forward to welcoming incoming confirmation teens interested in receiving The Sacrament of Confirmation. 

All classes at St Catherine in Westford and classes begin at 4:00 and Mass at 5:30.  Dates are Below!
