Blessing of Animals
Saint Anne Church (outdoors - near Chapel entryway) Saturday October 1st at 10:00am
The blessing of pets and animals is often celebrated on or near the feast of Saint Francis of Assisi (October 4th). This blessing is held near that feast day because of St. Francis' love for animals as expressed in his Canticle of Creatures. St. Francis is the patron saint of animals.
St. Francis, who founded the Catholic Church’s Franciscan order, lived in Italy during the late 12th and 13th centuries. Join us for What We Believe: The Beauty of the Catholic Faith at Blessed Trinity Parish, in the St Catherine Conference Room beginning September 16, 2022 at 10am and continuing every Friday morning until November 4, 2022. If there is enough interest a second virtual group may be formed on Sunday Nights at 6:30pm via ZOOM.

An in-depth study of the Mass exploring the History of the Liturgy as we know it today, the importance of the various parts of the Mass including a discussion on the Real Presence.
The course will be based on the Video series on the Mass by Bishop Robert Barron, the Good Catholic Series and the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

Women’s Book Group Begins on October 4th
Join the women of Blessed Trinity Parish for weekly faith-sharing as we gather to read and discuss the book, Traits of a Healthy Spirituality by Melannie Svoboda, SND on Tuesday mornings beginning October 4th. The group will meet from 9:30 to 11:30a.m. in the Parish Center Mezzanine at St. Catherine Church. Books will be available for purchase before the sessions begin.
